Got a couple miles in and a good lift session this morning. The weather isnt a good excuse, but its my excuse for not being as consistent as I should be lately.
Trying to get back in the swing of my morning routine, but I have been keeping up with jiu jitsu 3-4 days/wk at nights so feeling good about that.
