I am laying in my bed already. Its 9:45 pm. Thats like 1-2 hours before I normally go to bed, but I am quite tired.
If I sleep within 15mins, that would mean I would get 8 hours of sleep, which would be insane, I cant remember the last time I got 8 hours of sleep.
6-7 hours is normal and sustainable for me :D
