I’ve been having troubles for a long time with the Actifit app and I finally figured out how to solve them. I have tried several times to delete the app but I did not realize Apple made a change which only offloads when you try to delete without going directly to settings. Happy to report it seems to be working much more smoothly on iOS now after properly reinstalling.
This is the most snow we have had in years. Usually the snow will melt off directly after falling but we have remained below zero for several days. It may be only a couple of inches each day but it does add up very quickly. Not that I am complaining I wait all year to drive in the snow.
The only part I am continuing to have a battle with is the chill upon my nerves. The cold seems to directly influence my pain response causing stiff and soreness which a warm shower usually takes care of. It is still a battle each day to get up and motivated but starting this challenge in the middle of a winter storm sets what’s ahead as easy in my mind.
Wednesdays are Goal Day for me on the Fitbit Community where I have started a Group leading people to @Actifit. I discuss a little about my New Years intentions in the video below.
Generally speaking it is to get up each day and complete my morning exercise before going off and doing other things.
The morning walks are a hell of a hike in this snow
It may be cold but I am doing it.
That’s it, Out!!!
