Hey dear actifitters and readers,
We spent a nice day in Tübingen yesterday. Meeting with the family and went to a concert.
After having breakfast we did a two hour drive to Tübingen. We passed Blackforest and witnessed the first snow this season on top of the mountains.
We parked the car ten minutes by foot from the city centre and had a nice walk along the river Neckar.
Luckily we had no rain the whole day. But sky was grey and not like you want to have it for some nice pictures.
However, we had to deal with it. 😀
Tübingen is an old and lovely university city with many students.
It must be very nice to be here in summer and spent some time on a little boat at the river.
The whole city is full of medieval houses. Especially the town hall is very impressive.
We walked through many narrow streets with lot of tiny stores and enjoyed the time.
Before having dinner in a restaurant we went up the hill and a grey view over the city.
The restaurant Neckarmüller has a brewery included and all the dishes have beer in the recipe. It was delicious and we had some nice talks.
The day at Tübingen finished with a concert in the main church in the city. It was a wonderful concert with the choir my partner used to join for some project.
Finally we were at home at midnight after a safe drive through the night.
