Yesterday was a day full of light activity and good moments. We spent the day being physically active in a relaxed way.
In the morning, we went to a first aid course. It was informative, important, and a great experience as a family. After that, we enjoyed some fresh air and movement while spending time at the playground—perfect for our little one and also a nice way for us to stay active.
In the evening, we took it easy and made ourselves comfortable at home. A bit of rest, good food, and family time—sometimes that’s exactly what the body and mind need.
Not every day needs to be high intensity. Days like these remind me that balance is key between effort and recovery, between movement and rest.
