Hey everyone,
I didn’t make it to the gym today because I’m still feeling really sore from my last workout. The muscle soreness is real, but that just means the last session was intense and effective!
Even though I didn’t train, I still managed to hit 10,000 steps today thanks to a busy day at work. Sometimes everyday tasks keep you moving more than you think!
Now I’m enjoying a well-deserved evening break and taking time to rest. Tomorrow it’s back to training, and I’m already looking forward to it.
