First time reaching 6000 steps in a very long time. It made me very pleased to hit that milestone. The change to short walks is making a difference in the number of steps I am able to get on a daily basis. I am hoping I can make this a habit that I can continue.
Today was a partly cloudy day. I was distracted by all the different cloud shapes and colors that I didn’t even thinking about the time I was spending outside.
