Yesterday, I would say it was quite an interesting day, haha. I witnessed the change of all four seasons in a single day. In the morning, it was cold, and it started snowing. Although it came a bit late, since Christmas had already passed, haha, it’s still technically winter, so it was nice.
Riding a bike to work – 19 km in such cold weather – can cause some serious "brain freeze," hahaha. But at least the ice makes the bike go faster. As I mentioned, all four seasons made an appearance. After the brief snowfall, it felt like spring, and within a few hours, the sun came out and warmed things up a bit, which was perfect because I had just finished work.
Since we rarely see the sun in the Netherlands lately, I decided to make the most of it, take a walk around Breda, and visit Dordrecht again. Of course, I traveled by train, as I still haven’t managed to pass my driving test, haha. You can check out more about my visit to Dordrecht in another post.
By the time I returned, it had turned cold and cloudy again. One must take advantage of every opportunity because you never know what might happen next.
