Hello and welcome to today's highlight reel.. I barely made 5K today but at least I remembered to turn on the Actifit counter..
I took Alaska out to play at the dog park today..
She certainly got her steps in.. in fact she was so tired when she got home she took a nap with Sox..
I also took a nap and watched Netflix until it was time to get high and post..
