Hello Friends!
I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday daily activities, on January 12, 2023.
In the morning I went to the supermarket, to the drugs house, the bread shop, and the local healthcare booking point. I discovered that the face masks continued to be a must, there. I came back home and prepared vegetables. I had lunch and biked towards Marina di Carrara and Marinella di Sarzana, where I noticed about a puncture on the wheel tire. I repaired it and returned home passing by Luni, and seeing some cyclists in a quiet-route-mode. I had a shower and prepared some salt cakes. I had dinner and went to bed.

Ciao Amici!
Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 12 Gennaio 2023.
In mattinata sono andato al supermercato, in farmacia, in panetteria, e al centro di prenotazione sanitaria locale. Ho scoperto che lì le mascherine continuano a essere indispensabili. Sono tornato a casa e ho preparato delle verdure. Ho pranzato e ho pedalato verso Marina di Carrara e Marinella di Sarzana, dove mi sono accorto di una foratura sui copertoni. L'ho riparata e sono tornato a casa passando da Luni, e vedendo dei ciclisti a spasso. Ho fatto una doccia e preparato delle torte salate. Ho cenato e sono andato a letto.
