A long late shift today and flights are picking up a bit. A late inbound plane left us stranded but we did get back just in time for end of shift.
Most of the day was lovely sunshine but after dark it started to rain. I had the opportunity for a break, which was due to the late inbound flight. I went with my colleague into the departure lounge for a coffee. While there a passenger asked where they could get the English dish 'fish and chips'! But I told them to try the restaurants upstairs, to which they replied that they had already tried that. I find it hard to believe that they cannot get this popular meal here.
