New lounge and hallway carpets fitted today!
I was at work so it was nice to return home to find the new flooring all nice and soft under the feet! So much better than walking noisily over the bare wooden floor for the last six weeks or so.
This is what it was like before.
We moved into this flat on 1st September and more or less got ourselves unpacked and settled. Yesterday we had to prepare for the carpet fitting so everything was moved into the bedrooms. You can imagine the upheaval! Just like moving home all over again.
Still, it all finished now and we can finally get things straight and permanent.
