Rather damp today but we still managed a nice walk in Tilgate Park. Very busy actually with lots of families out there enjoying the many activities that we have in this popular park. The car park was full! We are currently in the school half term holiday.
Just a stroll to the lake and back to the car. I parked in a free car park which requires a longer walk to the lake but that's what we went for - some exercise! 😁
Kids are back to school next week so it will be a lot quieter mid week. It is good that the council provides the activities and also great to see so much interest by the public too.
Some of the lake banks have recently been built up as they were badly eroded in places. It looks much better.
