Also today I went to the park on the jogging track. I alternated slow and fast running with long walks. I walked the track three times which is one mile long. To get to the park I didn't use the car but I got there by jogging. The distance between the park and my home is precisely one mile. In total, I did 5 miles today. Not bad for someone who hasn't been in sports since time immemorial last month.
