Hello actifiters out there.
After waking up, i stepped on my weighing scale right away. I was happy because I lose 1kg for just less than a week. I had that good morning vibes. I was inspired to do cycling on my stationary bike. Then I had my cup of coffee after. I was able to bike for 38 minutes with 4.681km. I burnt 70 calories. Not that much though but it's better than nothing, isn't it?
In the afternoon, I went to my student's house and helped her do her modules. Then went back home. After eating my dinner at 5pm, I continued watching No Boundary.
