Greetings everyone! How are you all today? Hope your doing fine.
For today, I spend the whole day in the house only. Doing chores as daily routines as usual. In the morning, after I got up in bed, I lose 0.25 kg. Not bad. I went biking before I had coffe. I did it for 45 minutes with a distance of 5.0km. I lose 75calories. After doing some online tasks, I sleep for an hour. Then back to my online thing.
