Quite a busy day for me today so I didn't get much exercise in but I did mange a decent amount of steps thankfully. I usually only do carido on the weekends anyway so I guess its an extended rest day. Been thunderstorming here too out of nowhere so the days have gone back to cold and rainy here, hope everybody is well
