I had a very early start today which is good as it kept me in my routine at least, I had to catch a few trains which tallied up my travel time quite a bit today, I feel quite exhausted at this point and I haven't been gym since Friday but I'm making sure to go tomorrow and grind out some cardio, probably end up doing a small but decent weight training exercises for specific body parts.
on a plus note with all the walking I did today I still manage to hit my over 10,000 mark. Hopefully again though tomorrow it will be higher due to cardio and the gym. I also opened my four reward chances through the Actifit app and got quite lucky with my drops, the more tokens the better!
