Friday was another action-packed day to night, with a half day of school, an early dinner, and a double header of deep bass shows starting in Brooklyn at Elsewhere and finishing after midnight in Manhattan at Webster Hall.
My partner and I walked to our favorite Thai restaurant in the neighborhood, a Michelin-star rated spot called Tong. She got crab fried rice and I got a spicy shrimp and noodles dish. YUM!
Then we walked over to Elsewhere which was only a few blocks away. Of course I snapped off a few pics of our gorgeous NYC street art for my followers!
Lab Group played a great set to close out an early bass show at the iconic Brooklyn night club. I've never seen the place so decked out with bassheads!
The show finished at 10.30 which left us with plenty of time to drive with a friend over to Manhattan for the second leg of our double header to see Ravenscoon headline Webster Hall.
We got there at 11.30, so technically, we saw the first opener, Green Matter, before midnight! But I will recap you on the second show in my Saturday report, and show off some more of our NYC graffiti in the next actifit report. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers!
