Still got dozens of pics from that Alvin Ailey exhibit at The Whitney to share with yall as I slowly leak them out through my actifit reports. I featured this same artist a few days ago, but I didn't remember to snap a pic of the identifier. Ooops!
Tuesday was a slow day at school as I had to proctor one last practice test during the AM to help my students get used to the new technology of their online testing application. We're not even tracking the data. It was just to get them some experience with the testing system.
Based on my step totals, this new schedule I'm on has resulted in fewer steps overall even though I'm doing more lead teaching. Maybe it's because when I'm the co-teacher, I'm able to circulate the classroom to work with many more students than when I'm flying solo as the only lead teacher. Whatever the reason, I'm finding it slightly more challenging to hit that 10K mark during an ordinary school day.
See what I'm talking about here? The easy solution is to get more active before and after school. Shame that 75 Hard challenge lasted about 4 days until my partner and I crashed out. The short cold days definitely made it tough to get that outdoor workout, and my workload has increased a bunch now that I'm prepping for two different classes.
Once work settles down a bit, I ought to be able to get back to those habitual daily calisthenics. At least I'm doing a better job with my diet. Tracking my food intake every day has made me much more accountable with what I'm putting in my body. I think it's pretty fun so far! Until next time...
