This is the best elevated NYC pizza out here in Brooklyn with $6 slices and $40 pies. Top Ingredients. Prime thin sourdough. Ricotta and basil added after the bake. My partner got the choice of pie this time and went for the New Yorker: pepperoni, spicy sausage, ricotta, red sauce, basil, chili oil. Simple and perfectly executed with precision ratios. This is the spot!
I made sure to pop into the restroom to wash my hands before the pie came out and there were some choice stickers. Check em out!
Well, that was a nice reward after a long beach weekend with some friends in Rhode Island. Dropped our friend from Cali back to the airport and snuck in a stop for pizza on the way home. Completely missed all the steps from the beach trip, and this pizza was from Sunday too! But at least I got to reheat a few slices for lunch yesterday during the school day.
Shame I didn't quite make it to 10K, but the kids won't be back in the building until Wednesday, so the steps will be picking up soon. When I'll have time to start pushing and pulling things again is unclear, so I may have to schedule early morning sessions before going into work. It's going to be a grind. Until next time...
