I decided to take my health seriously and this is by engaging in an exercise, atleast starting with a walk. I started today being 19 May, 2022, I hope to keep achieving a few more steps each day until walking becomes a hobby to me.
I noticed I made just a few steps today, but I hope to increase my daily steps too. A philosopher said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, I have taking that step today, I hope to give daily feedback on my achievement.
