Almost forgot to post: yesterday I went cycling for 30 km.
Of course I also looked at cargo ships again. A convoy of barges on their way to Rotterdam was loaded with containers above the level of the bridge.
My route was entirely along waterways.
And Heemstede castle meant I was close to home. That's the same word as homestead - it's not a very unique name.
