Yesterday I stayed in Miranda de Ebro, a town in the north of the Castille region. It's small enough to walk everywhere.
I went out before the hottest time of the day started at 2pm, and again before it cooled down enough to open the windows at 11pm. Inbetween I finished my slides for the Monero Konferenco.
During the day, I visited the old town and the castle ruins which include botanical gardens.
Do I look like a tourist?
Rapids in the Ebro river, with a view on the old bridge.
A convent viewed from the castle. It's hard to get a full view of the castle, the convent or the main church from the street level.
The town hall, where they're big fans of Ukraine.
The ugly red roof is the city council's new administrative building.
At night I took a look at the new city center, which has a relatively large pedestrian area, and a park where children were still playing after dark.
I like this place, people are pretty chill here.
