I went to the market again using my bike and bought some stuff. I was so tired because my bag was so heavy with the things I bought. Even my basket was so full. My shirt was so wet of my sweat.
When I got home, I did my jumprope session for about an hour. My kids jumped with me too. Even our dogs joined the fun. They roam around and were trying to distract us while we were jumping. 😅
It was a day well spent! ❤️ I am so glad I did not forget to open my Actifit app while doing my routine today!
