Happy Wednesday everyone!
My husband was here in our family house. He went to work that's why I woke up early too. After he left, I gathered my clothes for laundry.
At times, I attended to some customers at my sister's sari-sari store.
Then this evening, because I ate a lot, I did brisk walking. I increased it to 30 minutes to burn excess calories and make my heart healthier. First, I was in the parking area when my brother's car was not yet around. Then, I went inside the house. I walked to every area and I used the stairs again. I'm so proud of myself that I'm consistent with this routine.
