Hello ActiPeeps!
Another week, another opportunity to be better at this fitness thing, or whatever journey I'm on!
I did my weight-in as I usually do on most Mondays, re-adapt my YAZIO app on the intermittent fasting part, and changed it to 20:4, meaning only a 4h window to eat. That sounds too much but I was kind of doing it during last week on some days and I kind of in better control when I'm not eating at all than eating something and it triggers me to eat more so...might not be the best strategy but oh well...let's see how it goes! At least to get out of this **** 3 digit weight!
I will keep walking of course!
My other issue still is not drinking enough water! I'll be tackling that during the week.
Is there an app that you guys use to help your water intake?
