New month and some changes on the way!
My Crossfit classes have different schedules now so I had to adjust my routines!
Sometimes changes are enough to make excuses to stop and there is where I put my limits...I will always take my time for movement, even if it sacrifices something else!
Fortunately is still manageable.
Crossfit classes will now be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and I will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
At least that's the goal lol
So here's my run of the day:
I tried a different route and it was cool! I ran one way and came back walking but next time I will try to run both ways or at least a longer distance than today.
