Hello everyone! Welcome to today’s post!
Tuesday is usually Bible study day, but with the shelter in place going on, it had not been happening. Today, we all joined a FB instant message video call. It was great to see everybody! We all caught up with each other; discussed the virus and did prayer requests and praise reports. It was awesome. We’re going to do it again next week, but will be changing the platform away from FB as the video quality wasn’t that good. I’m coordinating this effort and have warned everybody that quality is going to be a direct reflection of internet quality. However with the platform we are using, I’m hoping that will help.
The day was sunny, a welcomed reprieve from the rain, although there were dark patches of storm clouds around. About 2:00, Jan text and let us know she was stuck in Bellingham. So, we started the hike without her today.
We took the same trail system we did yesterday. When we got to the new bench Keith had installed, Actifit-Lamb was clamoring to sit on it.
Actifit-Lamb says, “be sure to stay hydrated when hiking!” You might notice she is sporting her new Actifit T-shirt that I made for her. She also has her FitBit and of course, the bottle of water. She is one prepared lamb!
As we were descending and were back on the road, we saw a car approaching. asked me who it was and then he said it looked like Jan’s car. Sure enough, she was coming to find us! She couldn’t make the hike as there was some family stuff that needed doing, but she is looking forward to tomorrow’s hike when I get home from work.
This old tree was really green and fuzzy-actually quite beautiful with the varied shades of green and brown.
A little dinner, tv, and blogging and that will be it for the evening.
That’s gonna be it for now. Keep on steppin’! Be safe and stay healthy everyone! Take care and have a good night. ❤️💪👍😎
