Sports is very much related to the fitness. If we look at the sports band we can find a very good stamina and fitness level. Sportsman are real athletics. Tu to make our body as athlete we need to do some sports and physical labour. With the season is very famous season to the badminton lover people there in Bangladesh.
The main activity of the day for B is playing badminton about 4 match with my colleagues. And this is used as a fitness level. Whenever I get opportunity and spare time I try to work try to play some sports. The main reason behind this is to maintain the fitness level which is helpful for the future stability of the health. This is high time to involve in the fitness related activities like sports. And I am happy to play badminton with colleagues because it's enjoyable as well.
