Sports are very much essential for our healthy lifestyle. If we can conduct some sports event then we can easily gain some fitness through this sports activities. Sports like badminton football cricket can make us active and fit for any day. But you know in our busy schedule it is not possible to arrange such kind of sports all the time as it will take some time and human being involved to play this game. Special in football and cricket we need 11 player in each side. If it is one kind of practice match then also we need at least 15 people in total. So it is difficult to arrange such kind of sports which are involved with such kind of high manpower required. On the other hand the availability of the failed is another factor that so I cannot attend such kind of sports event at least here in the villages and cities of Bangladesh. Another important factor is the rain and you know it is rainy season here in Bangladesh that's why it is not possible to get out of the home most of the time of the day when it is raining.
The simple solution of the above mentioned problem of making fitness with sports activity can be resolved with indoor games like table tennis. Table tennis is a wonderful indoor games which anyone can try to keep him fit and active at least in this rainy season where it is not possible to get out of the home for raining. For last couple of days I am playing table tennis at a regular interval with my colleagues. I don't know how good we are playing but it is obviously a good thing that we are remaining fit and active through this playing.
When we remained busy in sports activities then we cannot say how active we are because we are are busy e and focusing on the sports activity only but with the same time we can gain much more fitness as we need to move here and there to pass the ball. That is the main advantage of being fit and active with the help of sports. For example if anyone asked to to stand for half an hour it is not possible for him most of the time because when he will only stand it will be boring and after couple of minutes it will look out for him and he will feel some pain on his leg.but if someone ask to play table tennis for 2 hours it will not be a problem because he will be busy with ball passing and with the same time how he is moving his legs it will be subconscious. In that way we can remain active and fit with the help of sports and thank you very much for stopping by.
