I'm on the recovery road from my fall down the stairs in February. Which is why I am starting my fitness journey with a trainer. Someone who can provide a plan that will guide me from where I am now to a stronger version of myself. Hopefully without me getting overzealous thinking I can do more when I really should be taking my time. My lack of fitness didn't happen overnight. Reversing that won't happen overnight either. In both cases is took hard work and dedication. ;-)
