Daily workout routine using the FST method. The FST method adds a couple of things, for example:
Start with biceps. Have 4 different bicep exercises lined up. Use lighter weight than normal but not too light. At the top of your pump focus on flexing your bicep and never allow yourself to relax on the way down. Your last exercise at 7 sets.
I apply this to every group I work on.
