Had a long day in the west of Latvia. Left in the early morning to go to Liepaja to meet some city representatives. Talked about cycling and also went out for a cycling ride. Unfortunately in the rain. We did however reach the seaside:
After lunch, there was a symposium in which I gave a presentation. Then we left for Kuldiga, a small but picturesque city for a short stroll around and dinner. Also saw the (supposedly) widest waterfall of Europe:
Arrived at the hotel pretty late, so got to bed pretty shortly...
