Another beautiful travelling day in the northwest. Started the drive after a mediocre breakfast in Hokitika. First stop were the pancake rocks near Punakaiki. Wonderful to see how the forces of nature can create amazing landscape.
Then, we drove all along the westcoast and through the Buller gorges with some more beautiful views.
Then, we did a friend visit in Mapua, before crossing over the Takaka hill towards the valley with the same name. All in all a beautiful day.
