First day at work after the May 1st vacation. The kind of morning where the holiday feels better in hindsight than the desk feels in the present. Still — back at it.
A couple of doggy walks throughout the day kept the step count ticking and provided the necessary breaks from the screen.
Short run after 4 pm
Once the workday was done, laced up for a short run to shake off the stiffness. Nothing long, nothing structured — just enough to get the blood moving and clear the head before the main event of the evening.
Float Center Ljubljana
The highlight of the day: a session at Float Center Ljubljana — the favourite spot for sensory deprivation and deep rest. Into the tank, lights out, silence. Just you and the water and the salt.
After the float, an interview — they are preparing promotional material and wanted a regular floater's perspective. Happy to oblige. Not a hard conversation to have when you genuinely believe in it.
The result: deeply relaxed, at peace, reset. The body and mind both grateful.
