A day off — put to good use
A day away from work, but not a lazy one. The morning started with something that matters: blood donation. A small act, a real impact. Arm out, done, proud of it.
The rest of the day was filled with errands — the usual life admin that piles up when you spend a week on holiday. Nothing glamorous, but necessary.
Evening run to Sv. Urh
By evening the body had recovered enough from the morning donation to lace up and head out. A 6 km steady pace run to Sv. Urh — a familiar and rewarding route. No pressure, no intervals, just a controlled effort and a good reason to be outside.
Considering the blood donation earlier in the day, steady and smart was the right call.
The #poprzeczka
Day 5 of May. The bar is at 5,000 steps. With 7,300 steps — cleared, even on a day that started with giving away a bag of blood. The streak continues.
