It only made sense to jumped in the pool after about 10 minutes on the treadmill!
Rewind before the pool, I was so motivated to finish my workout fast and efficient! Right when stepped on the treadmill, hit the start and started at #7speed, then #9 and max 12 speed for anfew seconds and back to #9speed (running speed) without getting my heart rated below 140 after reaching my peak!
Awesome job to me! 💪
P.S. the speeds are different for each treadmill so if you plan on running on the treadmill, I would suggest to choose the speed that you're comfortable of and also consider your safety. I started running on #6 speed and work my way up. But I have been doing this for quite sometime now, so practice and train more often to build your endurance!
