Sweet sweet success. Tempered by the heat and the work load but damn it the hole saw worked like a dream. 40 minutes was the longest it took me to do 350 holes in one 20x50' sheet and that was the first. I am so stoked to have parallel rows for once.
My utility kilt is my uniform from the time the temps get above freezing till they return, and I need to order another one in a lighter weight material. utkilts.com for all your kilting needs.
Toasted the hole saw teeth but $15 is a small price to pay to be able to cut 1050 holes in a few hours with minimal bending.
This was just the first part of the day.
