1st place medal for R as he got 3 wins by pin! He is super stoked and we are as well. He did amazing and the wrestling sense is beginning to bloom.
Got a 10 mile ride in on the trainer since the winds are a bit too much. Now to soak to try and loosen ye ol tight muscles.
