Hi Actifitters,
hope you all are doing well. Yesterday I had another appointment what made it hard to find the time for a long workout but I did a bit anyways. In focus were push-ups again and I could achive two new personal bests. In regular push-ups I could do 163 in five sets what means two more than last time. Further I could do 35 close grip push-ups in five sets what are eight more than in the last push-up workout. I am really happy with these numbers and looking forward to the next progress.
Today I am going to do pull-ups again but I feel not that fit because yesterday I was out for dinner with a friend and had some beers what is never a good idea if you want to make progress in sports. But lets see how much power I can activate later.
