have to keep it short today because a friend and me are going to visit the same friend I visited two days before.
Therefore, I will limit today's diary entry to the tables relating to my performance yesterday.

As said at the beginning today another 14-kilometer walk to see a buddy will take place. We are going there to have brunch together and also to get kilometers into my legs to reach next years goal to walk 50 kilometers.
Further I realized that I crushed the 4k HP. Next goal = 5k
