Hi Actifitters,
today I traveled to the area near Ubon Ratchathani for a few days to visit my wife in her birthplace. Since there's nowhere to quickly buy anything there, I did it yesterday. First I was worried how happy the taxi driver will be when he sees everything I'm taking with me.
But it was not a problem at all, as it's quite normal for Thais to travel fully packed to see their families.
Since I spent almost the entire day in a taxi, I don't have much planned. My wife is cooking the shrimp that I transported over 550 kilometers to our destination, and I'm just going to enjoy a delicious meal and a few beers with my in-laws.
