Hi Actifitters,
since Garmin has been complaining lately about my lack of anaerobic training efforts, I wanted to change that yesterday.
I managed to do that to a certain extent, however even half an hour of intensive interval training was enough to push me back into overexertion.
However, my values are a little better this time than after the last overtraining. So I'm hopeful that my body will gradually adapt to the additional strain and that I'll soon be back in the shape I was in before my vacation.
Due to yesterday's tough session, I'll take it easy today. Besides my steps, I've planned an hour on the bike at a low heart rate.
