Hi Actifitters,
after taking it easy with my training intensity yesterday, my values were able to recover a bit. Taking it easy means I did an hour of core stability training and light dumbbell exercises, followed by 70 minutes of cycling at a moderate heart rate.
I won't overdo it today either, as Garmin still classifies my training status as overtraining. My training readiness is back in the green zone, but at 53 there's still plenty of room for improvement.
