Hi Actifitters,
yesterday's training session was intense, even though it wasn't actually that hard. It was more the endurance that became taxing towards the end.
First, I did a fairly long warm-up session consisting of stretching, aerobics, and core stability training. At one hour and 45 minutes, it wasn't really a warm-up session at all, but rather a training session in its own right.
Then I got on the bike to pedal for the same amount of time again at 155 watts. The last half hour became a real mental battle.
So yesterday I did a total of three hours and 45 minutes of exercise.
Although I trained for a long time yesterday, my Garmin values are quite okay today due to the relatively low intensity. Therefore, I will train again today, but not for as long as yesterday.
