Hi Actifitters,
actually, yesterday I wanted to do an hour of core stability training and an hour of cycling training. In the end, I completely skipped the core stability training and instead spent more time pedaling. I was simply more in the mood for cycling training.
And so I spent a total of almost two hours in the saddle, covering around 42 kilometers and 650 meters of elevation gain.
In the evening, the Champions League semi-final first leg between PSG and Bayern Munich was on the schedule. This match left me a nervous wreck. Luckily, after being down 5-2, Bayern managed to pull it back to 5-4 and thus kept their hopes of advancing in the second leg alive.
Since I had a few beers while watching football and had eaten a large meal beforehand, my night was unfortunately not very restful. But anyway, on such an exciting football evening, you're allowed to go a little overboard.
I'll be taking it easy with sports today. Let's see what I can manage.
