(Here is another photo from last weekend. It is simply fun to stroll through this lush green nature.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, I decided to ride the Route of the Week. According to Zwift, it was supposed to take about an hour and 15 minutes to complete the approximately 32 kilometers, including 370 meters of elevation gain.
When I set off, I still planned to stay in Zone 2; however, ambition soon took hold of me. Zwift tracks your previous times on specific segments and occasionally tempts you to break your personal records.
As the following figures show, things got quite strenuous at times.
Duration - 1:04:13
Distance - 32.58 km
Elevetaion gain - 374 m
Average speed - 30.4 km/h
Maximum speed - 72.5 km/h
Average power output - 208 watts
Maximum power output - 528 watts
Average heart rate - 142 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 181 bpm
Average cadence - 87
Maximum cadence - 113
Unfortunately, I only have limited time for training again today—but I’m certainly not going to let that stop me from getting in a ride. Let’s see what Zwift suggests.
