Hello all actifiters,
The last couple of days have been so hectic that my sleep schedule was completely thrown off. As a result, I couldn't wake up on time this morning, in fact, I do not even remember hearing the alarm. Unfortunately, that meant missing the morning yoga session.
Since I was on leave today to attend a wedding, the rest of the morning was quite relaxing. Most of my activity for the day came from walking around during the function, supplemented by a workout in the evening.
Activity Summary
Morning: Rested to recover from a hectic schedule.
Daytime: Walking and movement while attending a wedding.
Evening: Dedicated workout session.
Focus: Getting back on track with sleep and routine.
