Quelles couleurs!
Sometimes you just need color. There's no way around it, black and white is fine but color is awesome when it's there.
I started to study Latin with Duolingo. It's actually quite easy since I've already studied Italian, Spanish and French. I studied French in school years ago. And all mentioned above with Duolingo of course.
My problem is that as I always switch the keyboard and the spelling to the language I study but Latin is not an option and I don't want to mess up any other language, like Italian that might, after hours of studying and the spelling learning from me, suggest me that vir (man) is a word in Italian or if I would use the French or Spanish keyboard, it would learn the words Num urb est (Surely it is not a city), which is not desirable although est is a word in Italian and French but not the same word in Latin.
The word num is awesome by the way.
I simply have to adore a language that can with one word and only three letters say so much, "surely it is not". Num.
I've heard people say that Latin is hard and I've just started it but after three years of French studies and now trying to refresh my skills I'd say that Latin is very easy and simple to read and spell when with France you write like a ton of letters but only pronounce like couple. Beau. Beau? I mean why can't you just write it bo? Like it's pronounced! And that's just a tiny example. There are way worse ones but fortunately my mind has blocked them all. So I remember nothing!
Except...
Quelle couleur and quelles couleurs.
So many silent letters.
For the writing in Latin I found a partial solution. From the languages that still exist and the languages that are available in Samsung keyboard, I chose the nearest one that I think I will never try to learn. Since sardu wasn't available, I chose galego. Problem solved.
